Ms. Li is a Chinese-registered attorney, graduated from Yantai University with a Bachelor’s Degree and Beijing University of Technology with a master degree in Biology.  During this time, she has conducted in-depth studies and research in the field of cell biology and pharmaceuticals, and has been granted invention patents as an inventor.
Since joining in F&S in 2016, as a complex talent, she has conducted sufficient and extensive practice in patent application, examination process and legal procedures, especially in the field of patent practice and patent process interface, and has handled thousands of domestic and foreign patent application procedural matters, and has accumulated rich experience.
She has a deep understanding of Chinese IPR laws and regulations, as well as international IPR systems such as the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Hague System. She has participated in many domestic and international patent application strategy and layout projects, and has relatively solid professional knowledge and problem-solving skills.
