Ms. Li is a Chinese-registered attorney, graduated from Shenyang University of technology with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering. She once worked as an electronic engineer in Ming Hang Institute of technology, responsible for the software and hardware design of fire and explosion prevention projects.
