Mr. Jia is a Chinese Registered patent attorney with a qualification of attorney at law, also qualified as a patent attorney in US, graduated from Beijing Technology and Business University with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and University of Hampshire Law School (Franklin Pierce Law Center) with a LLM in Intellectual Property law in succession, after which he joined an intellectual property law firm in Washington and qualified as patent attorney in US. Studying deeply and practicing intensively in the fields of Mechanical Engineering combined with Computers, Mr. Jia has published Design and Development of Network Platform of Automatic Control for Wastewater Treatment in a core Chinese journal and Mr. Jia is expert in patent application, translation, Office Action response, patent re-examination and invalidation, covering the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrics, Electronics and Computers. From 2009 onward, Mr. Jia has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially skilled in patent searching. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Mr. Jia has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show him well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
