Ms. Liu is a Chinese-registered attorney, graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University with a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. She worked in one of leading intellectual property law firms in China as a patent attorney. Ms. Liu is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation and analysis of patent infringements, covering the fields of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Medical Equipment, Bioengineering and Pharmaceutics. From 2008 onward, Ms. Liu has been dedicated in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese and Japanese. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Ms. Liu has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office actions of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show her well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
