Mr. Zhang is a Chinese-registered patent attorney and qualified as a senior engineer as well, graduated from North China University of Technology and Technical University of Denmark with a master’s degree in Telecommunication. He has conducted research in Network Protocol, baseband signal and high frequency circuit. Mr. Zhang is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation and analysis of patent infringements, covering the fields of Electronics and Mechatronics. From 2012 onward, Mr. Zhang has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese and English. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Mr. Zhang has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office actions of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show him well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
