Dr. Wang is a Chinese registered patent attorney, graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with his master degree and PhD in applied chemistry. He has a very good understanding of chemistry, chemical engineering and life science, and is very familiar with the preparation process of pharmacological drugs. He participated in many important scientific research projects in the National Natural Science Funding of China, and succeeded in synthesizing the meso-porous nano MgO. He obtained several Chinese patents for invention and published many scientific papers in several core scientific journals. Dr. Wang is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation and administrative litigation, covering the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials and medical equipment. From 2011 onward, Dr. Wang has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese and English. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Dr. Wang has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office actions of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show him well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
