Ms. Yuan is a Chinese-registered patent attorney and lawyer, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Science and a master’s degree in Law. Ms. Yuan is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation and analysis of patent infringements, covering the fields of Biology and Mechanics. From 2013 onward, Ms. Yuan has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese and English. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Ms.Yuan has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office actions of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show her well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
